Steve Baker works within client organizations to inspire, challenge and develop leaders and their teams.  Driven by the belief that a leader’s purpose is to create an environment in which people can perform at their best he works to help leaders create such environments through facilitation, coaching and team development.

He has spent over a decade working in financial services in a variety of leadership roles specializing in Lean and Six Sigma as a practitioner, coach and trainer.  For the last 5 years he has worked as a facilitator and coach helping to develop executives and leaders at companies like Accenture, Oracle, CISCO, Optus, Barclays, HSBC, BSI, Janssen, and KPMG.  A large part of his work is helping intact teams to develop trust, teamwork and high performance.
