Jane Woodhead has over 25 years’ experience in learning and development. She specialises in coaching and bespoke people development to drive organisational change. She combines analytical and creative skills, getting under the skin of the organisation, quickly assessing the situation and what needs to change. She produces creative and agile solutions, and is brave in her content and challenging in her style, charting her own course. As a coach, consultant and facilitator over the past 20 years she has worked with organisations of 50-25,000 employees in private, public and non-profit sectors. She has extensive experience coaching top teams, developing leadership skills at middle and senior levels, one to one coaching and consultancy.
Jane’s background is in operational line management, training and development, HR and consultancy. Prior to entering consultancy, her corporate career moved between line management and HR, Organisation Development and learning and development, culminating in managing a team of nationwide organisation development consultants in a retail organisation with over 17,000 employees.
Jane holds a BSc in Business Studies and is a Chartered MCIPD. She is licensed to use a range of diagnostic materials including MBTI, Emotional Intelligence and Executive Coaching Tools diagnostics.
